Refund Policy

At PHYTORIO, customer satisfaction is our PRIORITY

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases from us, unless otherwise stated.

We offer refunds or replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in our Refund Policy.

Please read our Refund Policy before making a purchase so that you understand your rights as well as what you can expect from us if you are not happy with your purchase.

Change of Mind

While we do not legally have to offer a refund for change of mind, we understand that sometimes as people we can be indecisive.  You may request a refund before delivery has taken place.  If the order has been dispatched, you can request a refund of all fees, excluding delivery.

Products Damaged During Delivery

When the driver delivers our plants, he will ask you to check that the plants have not been damaged during delivery.

If you are happy that the plants are of 'as advertised', you will be asked to sign the delivery slip.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the plants, inform the driver immediately and he will initiate our Refund Policy. You will be given the choice to receive a full refund, or to have other identical plants sent out to you.
